Mission

The stated mission of this congregation is ‘To know Jesus Christ and to make Him known’. This Christian fellowship meets regularly at several different locations each week.

We aim to know Him:

In personal salvation through faith
In life- long learning as His disciple
In fellowship with others like-minded
In a holy life - to be like Him.

We aim to make Him known:

In obedience to His command to go into all the world with the gospel
Through personal witness and church outreach
Through word and deed.

A Christian church is not a building but people, rescued by Jesus, gathering together and eager to fulfil his mandate to spread the word:

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:19, 20).

We value people and wish everyone to know how important they are to God. We are convinced that each person having a personal faith in Jesus Christ will have an abundant and purposeful life. The transforming power in the Gospel has a dynamic, positive impact in even the worst of situations.
